Luke and Nicole Combs are expecting their first child together! To announce the news, the pair posed for a series of stunning images, which Luke and Nicole both posted to their individual Instagram profiles.
«All right, all right, all right, all right, all right, all right, all right, all right, all right This Spring, Lil Dude Combs will be here!» Luke wrote the captions for the photographs you see here. «I’m beyond thrilled to be starting a family with this babe. He ended his remark by tagging his wife and saying, «It’s going to be a heck of a ride.»
For the first snapshot, Nicole cradled her expanding baby bump with her left hand while Luke held up an ultrasound photo of their upcoming «little dude» against an ocean backdrop. The pair posed on a park seat beneath a beautiful treescape in the third photo in the series, giving viewers a closer look at the ultrasound.
CMA Award winner five times Luke and Sarah met just as his music career was taking off, and she’s been by his side ever since, on tour, at award shows, and everywhere else. After more than two years of dating, Luke proposed to Nicole in November 2018, and the couple married on August 1, 2020, in Southern Florida.
Hurricane Isaias threatened to derail the event, but happily, everything went smoothly. Luke gushed on Instagram at the moment, «Yesterday was the happiest day of my life.» «I got to marry my best friend, Nicole Hocking,» she says. «Here’s to the rest of your life.»
Luke subsequently acknowledged his wedding day, «I had a fairly good idea I was going to cry.» «But I didn’t realize I was going to cry so much, but I did.» «I was like a crying, doubled-over person.» Due to the ongoing COVID-19 outbreak, the wedding took place on the beach and was smaller than intended.
Luke explained that due to coronavirus rules in force at the time, he and his bride had to trim 70 percent of their guest list. He exclaimed, «At the end of the day, it didn’t matter because it was still extremely beautiful and it was really everything I wanted it to be.»
