After Kanye West chastised Kim Kardashian for allowing their daughter to use TikTok, Kim responded on Instagram with an epic retort.
The divorce between Kim Kardashian and Kanye West is officially taking a turn for the worst. Kim used TikTok to explicitly respond to Kanye’s concerns for North West, 8, and she chastised him for how he’s publicly spoken about her since their breakup.
Kim added, «Kanye’s continual attacks on me in interviews and on social media are actually more damaging than any TikTok North could create.»
«As the primary provider and caretaker for our children, I am doing everything I can to safeguard our daughter while also enabling her to express her creativity in whatever media she chooses with adult supervision – because it brings her joy.»

«Divorce is painful enough on our children,» she continued, «and Kanye’s preoccupation with trying to control and manipulate the situation in such a bad and public way is only causing more misery for everyone.»
I’ve wanted a good and supportive co-parenting relationship from the beginning because that’s what’s best for our kids, and it saddens me that Kanye keeps making it impossible every step of the way.
I’d like to handle all problems with our children quietly, and I’m hoping he’ll finally reply to the third attorney he’s hired in the previous year in order to reach an amicable resolution.»

This is the first time Kim has replied publicly to charges made in the press about her by Kanye. He’s been accusing her of keeping him away from the kids for weeks. North’s use of TikTok has also been a source of contention for him.
In 2021, Kim filed for divorce from Kanye, but the case is still pending. As they worked through the mechanics of the issue, Kim requested that she and Kanye be declared «legally single» by a judge at the end of 2021. Kim disclosed in court records at the time, «I have requested multiple times that [Kanye] agree to bifurcate and cancel our marital status.»
«He hasn’t replied to my message.» Both [Kanye] and I are deserving of the chance to start over. As a result, I’m requesting that my plea to divorce and end our marriage be approved.» There hasn’t been any official confirmation of Kim’s request.
Kim has moved on from Kanye romantically with Pete Davidson since the separation. Since the end of October, the two have been linked, and their relationship appears to be heating up in recent weeks, with more and more public sightings of them. Kanye has been dating Julia Fox in the meanwhile. They first met on New Year’s Eve and have been spending a lot of time together since then.
