Jay-Z may have 99 issues, but one of them is not spending time with his child! The 52-year-old rapper took his 10-year-old daughter Blue Ivy Carter to a Los Angeles Rams game on Monday, January 17.
The father and daughter appeared to be having a great time spending time together while watching the game in a photo published by The Shade Room. The two were dressed in black as they watched the Rams win a thrilling game 34 to 11 over the Cardinals.
Jay was dressed casually in a black bucket hat, windbreaker jacket, and sunglasses, and the father and daughter appeared at ease in their seats. Blue was dressed in a black baseball cap and a t-shirt with a colorful design and a few flowers on the front.
The rapper’s daughter, whose mother is none other than Beyoncé, wore a large pair of glasses and accessorized with hooped earrings and gold chain necklaces.
In addition to spending time with her father, Blue celebrated her tenth birthday on January 7th. Tina Lawson (née Knowles), Beyoncé’s mother, shared a touching message on Instagram to commemorate her granddaughter’s tenth birthday.
«God, it seems like you were only born yesterday and took over the world. «Blue is my little Capricorn Twin,» Tina wrote in her birthday message. «Blue is one of those rare smart persons that excels in all areas!» God blessed me on the day you were born!»
Jay puts his arm around Blue while attending a basketball game together in February 2020.
Despite the fact that she is only a pre-teen, Blue has already began to follow in her parents’ footsteps by dabbling in the entertainment industry. She wore matching outfits with her mother and younger sister Rumi, 4, to promote Beyoncé’s Ivy Park athleisure-wear line in December.
She and her mother and father were featured in an adorable Tiffany’s ad in October. Jay and Bey were on a date night when their kid unexpectedly and adorablely joined the party by snuggling up to her parents.
