Wendy Williams has no love for her ex-husband, Kevin Hunter.
On Tuesday, Williams appeared on “Late Night With Seth Meyers” and talked about why she didn’t want to the film “The Wendy Williams Show” from residence, prompting a jab directed at her ex.
“I don’t know how big your home is and how much space you have, but I live in an apartment, not my fault,” said Williams, 56, alluding to her divorce. “I live in an apartment and it was very personal to me for people to see my area, and people criticized and couldn’t understand my groove. Then we just stopped doing that because we were ramping up for new stuff, new season, new ‘Wendy.’”
She and Hunter put their New Jersey marital residence up in the marketplace in August 2019 as they continued to hash out their divorce. They finalized their divorce in January 2020, after which their house lastly purchased in August 2020, after fairly a couple of value drops and 12 months within the market.
Though she appeared a contact bitter about having to relocate to a New York City home, there’s one perk: spying on the neighbors. Williams admitted she has full visibility of an individual showering in a home building all through the street.
“The shower is right there at the window, and I watch,” she confessed. “It’s a head-to-ankle [shower window]. I peep and I Tom.”
“The Wendy Williams Show” is able to return on Sept. 21.
