President Donald Trump on Tuesday acknowledged that the United States is eager to help Mexico “wage WAR on the drug cartels” inside the nation, following the deaths of a minimal of 9 Americans, along with six children, who reportedly obtained right here beneath assault in a freeway ambush in a Mexican border state Monday.

The White House did not immediately reply to CNBC’s question about whether or not or not Trump’s tweet immediate he was eager to ship U.S. troops to Mexico to confront drug cartels. A spokesman for the U.S. embassy in Mexico City could not immediately be reached for comment.
