The completely nauseating and pointless abandonment of Afghanistan to its destiny remembers an analogous humiliation by the hands of Islamist radicals within the Jimmy Carter administration.

President Biden’s profligate spending insurance policies are unleashing inflation that’s sparking voter mistrust so noticeable that even NPR is sounding the alarm.

He’s begging OPEC to give you extra oil whereas interfering with US manufacturing. He introduced barely a month in the past, with nice confidence, “The Taliban shouldn’t be the South — the North Vietnamese military. They’re not — they’re not remotely comparable when it comes to functionality.

“There’s going to be no circumstance the place you see folks being lifted off the roof of an embassy within the — of the US from Afghanistan. It’s not in any respect comparable.”

Our president comes throughout as weak, meek, ineffectual, incompetent, and confused. (Momentarily complicated South and North Vietnam don’t even make the listing of the highest 100 senior moments we’ve seen this 12 months from this near-octogenarian, even if his workers are holding him hidden to a level with little if any precedent up to now half-century.)

Biden is embarrassing the US in actual time, and I await with eagerness the Biden model of the blame-shifting Malaise Speech. Biden’s model, in fact, would be the This Is All Trump’s Fault speech.
