I’ve gotten her back! Teddi Mellencamp, a former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills costar, is showing her support for Erika Jayne, who is currently facing legal issues.
“I can’t image how difficult it’s been for her. I’m proud of her for being so forthright. Teddi, 40, told Us Weekly on the Friday, September 3 episode of the “Getting Real with the Housewives” podcast, “I think Erika is fantastic at being a really good friend to other people, and I think it’s hard for her to let people in.”
“I believe that, while people may want more and every every detail, this is more than she has ever communicated before, and I believe that it demonstrates how much she has undoubtedly been struggling.”
Sutton Stracke interrogated Erika, 50, about her ongoing divorce from Tom Girardi and her legal battle on the Bravo show on Wednesday, September 1.
“I believe it’s a little hypocritical to never ask someone about their personal life and then demand answers to all of the questions all of a sudden.
The host of the “Teddi Tea Pod with Teddi Mellencamp Podcast” revealed that no one had ever questioned her about all of these sensitive information before.
“Nobody knew who Sutton was before Real Housewives, and no one knew who I was before Real Housewives, but if you’re really concerned about your reputation, if you want to uphold, like, an amazing reputation and all of the charities you’re involved in and all of the things, you don’t go on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills… so that argument is a little flawed for me.”
In November 2020, Erika filed for divorce, and a month later, she and Tom were accused of embezzling compensation cash intended for plane catastrophe victims.
Erika’s business has been accused of receiving more than $20 million in money from the former lawyer’s firm over the years. While Tom, 82, has been placed under conservatorship due to his Alzheimer’s disease, Erika has maintained that she was unaware of his legal issues.
