Serena Williams has released fresh holiday photographs with her husband Alexis and baby Olympia! In the beautiful photos, the tennis star and her husband give their daughter big smooches.
Olympia Ohanian’s side eye game is impressive. Serena Williams took to Instagram on Wednesday, Sept. 22 to post a series of heartwarming photos with her daughter Olympia, 4, and husband Alexis Ohanian. In the images, Olympia, 39, and her Reddit co-founder husband, 38, give each other big kisses, and she appears unconcerned about her parents.
Serena captioned the photo with a heart emoji, saying, “I couldn’t chose just one shot to capture our love for one another.” Olympia’s renowned mother gives her a hearty kiss on the cheek in the first photo. The photo with Serena and Alexis giving their kid a touch on either side of her cheek while her face is pressed between theirs is the pièce de résistance.
The three are now on vacation in Puerto Rico with Jessica Steindorff, a friend and producer who took the adorable family photos. On Wednesday, Jessica uploaded a picturesque photo of herself, the tennis player, and another friend from Dorado, all three women looking strong as they pose on a tree over a pool.
Olympia isn’t in the shot, but she’s a miniature world traveler in her own right. Olympia has a series of images from her travels on her Instagram feed, which was made by her parents and features the word “adventurer” in the bio. The tot has seen it all, whether it’s the London Eye in England, the Palace of Versailles in France, or the Spanish Steps in Italy.
Serena and Alexis married in 2017 and had their first child in September of that year. The tennis star and her daughter jointly graced the cover of Vogue for the February 2018 issue, a year after Olympia was born. In a conversation about parenthood and marriage, the 23-time Grand Slam winner revealed that she would prefer her daughter not to pursue a career as a professional tennis player.
Serena explained, “I’d hate for her to have to cope with comparisons or expectations.” “It’s a lot of work, and I’ve given up a lot. I don’t regret it, but it’s like the movie Sliding Doors: Go through a different door, and you’ll end up with a new existence. I want her to be able to have a regular life. That was something I didn’t have.”
