Rebel Wilson, 41, is in fantastic shape. In images obtained by the Daily Mail, the Australian actress wore black leggings and a black t-shirt with a neon Mickey Mouse emblem on an expedition to Disneyland on Friday, Sept. 3.
Rebel’s 60-pound weight loss was evident in the tight jeans, demonstrating that she didn’t simply commit to her “year of health” for 2020 — but for life. She completed her ensemble with a practical fanny pack and a pink baseball cap, matching her buddies who wore the same blouse.
Rebel was visibly shining during her visit to the Happiest Place on Earth, while wearing a face mask. She wore the same outfit in a video she posted to Instagram in which she did a leisurely jog for the camera.
The comedian is well-known for her fondness for Disneyland, which is one of her favorite places to visit in California (and we can’t say we blame her). In March 2020, Rebel celebrated her 40th birthday at Disneyland, hosting an elaborate private dinner for friends inside a New Orleans-themed private residence within the park.
The experience costs $15,000, but it appeared to be well worth the money on Instagram. She also attended the grand launch of a new Star Wars attraction, which happened to be just a few weeks before her birthday.
Rebel, who worked with trainer Gunnar Peterson on her significant weight loss, recently revealed how she went about achieving her objective. “I suppose it was different this time because I approached it from all angles… The emotional side, which I suffered from, I believe, as conventional emotional eating… so I really focused on that side,” Rebel revealed in February 2021.
Since opting to get healthy, the How To Be Single star has been a proponent of the wellness method, even taking vacations at holistic resorts like VIVAMAYR Altaussee health center and spa in Austria, where she was photographed last December.
Rebel gave her number one recommendation for anyone seeking to lose weight in the same interview, and it turns out it’s something that everyone can do. “The most important thing is to simply stroll… During my year of health, I had all of these high-tech tests performed on me. They told me that walking was the greatest approach for me to shed excess body fat,” Rebel, who is also a Los Angeles hiker, said.
