Michigan’s Jim Harbaugh offers scholarship to seventh-grade QB

Michigan coach Jim Harbaugh extended a scholarship provide to seventh-grade quarterback Isaiah Marshall on Tuesday, marking him the youngest athlete to get hold of a suggestion to play for the Wolverines.
