Ella Emhoff and boyfriend Sam Hine walked hand-in-hand outside Thom Browne’s Spring 2022 show during New York Fashion Week.
Ella Emhoff, 22, stepped out with her boyfriend Sam Hine, 27, for New York Fashion Week on Saturday, Sept. 11. She looked as gorgeous as ever.
Outside of Thom Browne’s Spring 2022 presentation, the stepdaughter of Vice President Kamala Harris was photographed with her magazine editor beau, whom she disclosed she’s dating in late August. Ella and Sam wore enormous smiles on their cheeks as they walked through the Big Apple, holding hands and dressed in Thom Browne’s highly stylish ensembles. What a perfect match!
Ella Emhoff, the daughter of Second Gentleman Doug Emhoff and his first wife Kerstin Emhoff, wore a navy blue tie and a two-piece fabric suit.
She completed her ensemble with a menswear brand rabbit purse, as well as trendy shoes and eyewear. Sam, on the other hand, wore a black sports jacket over a white button-down and striped tie, a gray skirt, and black boots.
Ella previously walked the runway for Proenza Schouler’s show at Little Island during New York Fashion Week on Wednesday. Ella wore an all-black attire and slicked back her hair for the concert, which she documented on Instagram.
“It’s a true honor to work with such a fantastic team once more.” Ella wrote, “Congratulations @jackmccollough, @lazro, and the entire Proenza group, you guys killed it again 3.”
Ella’s newest outing with Sam, a GQ editor, comes only a few weeks after she confirmed the two are dating in an August interview with Vanity Fair. Ella also informed the source that, despite her father’s objections, she plans to pursue a career in fashion full-time.
“My father frequently inquires, ‘So, have you reconsidered law school?’ ‘Doug, this isn’t going to happen,’ I keep saying. She explained, “I’m going to leave it to you, and I’ll be the artist.”
Ella also stated that she was getting rid of her mullet, among other major life decisions. “I’m letting my hair grow out. It was originally heard here. It served its purpose, and now I’m ready to move on from the mullet. “I’m prepared for the curly mane.”
