Julia Stiles shared a sweet photo of her newborn’s feet to mark the birth of her second child. Her 4-year-old son’s reaction to becoming a big brother was also captured in a snapshot she shared.

Julia Stiles’ clan has grown! The actress, 40, announced the birth of her second child, Arlo, with her husband Preston J. Cook on Wednesday, January 26. «Baby Arlo, welcome to the world!» Julia included a photo of her newborn’s feet wrapped in a hospital blanket with her message. «The newest addition to our family,» she continued, «reminds me of how infinite love can be.»

Julia’s tweet also included a photo of Strummer, the couple’s 4-year-old son, drawing a toilet with a red marker. «Scroll through to see how my four-year-old is handling it…» wrote the star of 10 Things I Hate About You.

Julia kept Arlo’s gender a secret. In November 2021, the actress revealed her second pregnancy by cradling her baby bump at a screening for the film The Humans. Julia looked great in an all-black ensemble while posing on the red carpet at the event, which took place at Village East Cinema in New York City. Her pregnancy announcement was never publicly publicized on Instagram, but those red carpet photographs were enough of a confirmation for her adoring admirers.

Julia married her camera assistant beau while she was pregnant with their first child in September 2017. The couple «had their small ceremony with two friends on the beach in Seattle over Labor Day weekend,» according to the actress’ rep at the time.

The Save the Last Dance actress’s first pregnancy was announced in June 2017, and she published an Instagram photo of her baby bulge barely two months later.
