Tom Brady’s wife, Gisele Bundchen, and their two children joyfully cheered him and his team on from home as he returned to New England for the first time since leaving the Patriots in 2020.

Tom Brady may no longer be a member of the New England Patriots, but when he returned to Gillette Stadium with his new team, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, on Oct. 3, he was greeted warmly by the crowd.

Tom faced the Patriots for the first time since leaving the team in 2020, and he guided the Bucs to a 19-17 triumph on his old turf. Gisele Bundchen, Tom’s wife, and the couple’s two children, Benjamin, 11, and Vivian, 8, cheered on the Bucs from their home. The model captioned a shot of the trio with broad smiles, “We are ready!” Let’s go Buccaneers!! “Let’s do it, papai!!!”

In the days building up to the Sunday night game, Tom’s return to New England generated a lot of buzz. After all, he was the Patriots’ quarterback for 20 years before joining the Buccaneers in a new era. Tom won six Super Bowls with the Patriots during his time there, and he was highly regarded by the team’s fans.

Regardless of the changes, the 44-year-old hasn’t slowed down. During his first season with the Buccaneers in 2021, he won his eighth Super Bowl. During the game, the team defeated the Kansas City Chiefs 31-9, and Gisele and the kids were on hand to support Tom. The Super Bowl victory was also witnessed by the NFL star’s oldest son, Jack, whom he shares with Bridget Moynahan.

Tom also eclipsed Drew Brees to become the league’s all-time leader in passing yards during the Patriots’ game on Oct. 3. In his NFL career, he has thrown for more than 80,000 yards. And, as he has no intentions to retire anytime soon, that figure is just going to rise! In a September interview, he said, “I don’t think anything can ever rival my football career.”

“I believe that replicating that level of energy, output, and adrenaline is extremely difficult. That’s one of the reasons I want to finish because I don’t want to look back and think, “Man, I could still do it.” I’m not sure where that will take place. I honestly don’t.”
