Chris Daukaus defeats Shamil Abdurakhimov in a spectacular finish at UFC 266.

On Saturday, September 25, 2021, live from the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, NV, Chris Daukaus defeated Shamil Abdurakhimov by TKO in Round 2 – 1:22.

Daukaus, in fact, knocked out two opponents at UFC 266. The first came in the final seconds of the first round, but Abdurakhimov came out on top. Then, in the second round, the Philadelphia heavyweight finished the job with another flush left hook followed by ground and pound.

Daukaus entered UFC 266 as the No. 9 heavyweight in the world. Finishing the division’s No. 6 ranked fighter will almost probably propel Daukaus into the top five.

After his performance, he shouted out a few names, including Stipe Moicic, Alexander Volkov, Curtis Blaydes’ loser, and Jairzinho Rozenstruik’s loser.
