Greg Olsen injury update: Panthers TE (foot) placed on IR | NFL

Greg Olsen is finished for the 12 months.

The Panthers on Wednesday introduced the veteran tight finish has been positioned on injured reserve, ending his season.

Olsen ruptured his proper plantar fascia throughout Sunday’s loss to the Buccaneers.

The 33-year-old caught 27 passes for 291 yards and 4 touchdowns this season.
